Let’s Outdo is what pushed us to launch India’s first ChildCentric® Homes and the same will that led us to deliver the first housing project built by an all-women project team. To introduce India’s only 7-year Warranty in Real Estate, as also the first 5-year Warranty way back in 2004, 13 years before RERA mandated it in 2017.
