Maintain a life cycle tracker of the customer’s right from sales to possession. Maintaining customer |
data base in SAP which includes the procedure from the Client generation till unit hand over, |
Shifting, Cancellation, resale of the unit. |
Tracking for sending reminder emails to customers when nearing the due dates. |
Tracking the team for specific customer requirements & executing accordingly. |
Assisting in planning and execution of Customer Engagement Activities. |

Close coordination with the internal departments, to make sure to be with the customers around the |
clock basis and support satisfying all their product and service specific needs. |
Setting systems and process in place while focusing on long term valuable customer relationships. |
Document all the important correspondences shared with the customers. |
