Job Description
Specifics of the role
- First point of contact for all leads generated, updating customers about the project features and facilitating maximum site visits. Targeted site visits through outbound calls.
- Following up on enquiries for conversions into site visits.
- Maintaining MIS of all enquiries generated for a specific period of time.
- Custodian of all enquiries and leads generated through campaigns.
- Coordination with Marketing and Sales for MIS update Custodian of all inbound and outbound calls pertaining to Sales.
- To achieve site visit targets for all the projects for specified period of time.
- Database churning and conversion of enquiries to leads.
- Updating Marketing on quality of enquires through marketing campaigns.
- Floating regular MIS on the inbound/outbound calls Vis-à-vis updates.
