Job Description

Specifics of the role

 

  • First point of contact for all leads generated, updating customers about the project features and facilitating maximum site visits. Targeted site visits through outbound calls.
  • Following up on enquiries for conversions into site visits.
  • Maintaining MIS of all enquiries generated for a specific period of time.
  • Custodian of all enquiries and leads generated through campaigns.
  • Coordination with Marketing and Sales for MIS update Custodian of all inbound and outbound calls pertaining to Sales.
  • To achieve site visit targets for all the projects for specified period of time.
  • Database churning and conversion of enquiries to leads.
  • Updating Marketing on quality of enquires through marketing campaigns.
  • Floating regular MIS on the inbound/outbound calls Vis-à-vis updates.

Qualification & Skills -

 

  • Any graduate with excellent communication skills in English.
