The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing payroll, overseeing the offboarding process, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate employee databases. KEY RESULT AREAS

 

· HR Systems Administration

  • System Admin: SuccessFactors, GreytHR, BGV Portal
  • Integrations with Successfactors: Biometric System, LinkedIn Learning & R&R portals.
  • HR Tools Training of New Joiners.
  • New Configurations & Bug Fixes via IT Support consultants
  • HRIS Reporting - System based accurate and customized reports as per requirement

Employee Data Management

  • Ensuring 100% accurate and real time data updates in HR Systems
  • Creating new entities, positions, departments, locations, jobs etc in SuccessFactors to ensure standardization
  • Maintaining Employee's physical Personnel Files with required documents as per HR SOP.

Payroll

  • Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in employee salary calculations, tax deductions, and statutory contributions.
  • Collaborate with finance and other departments to resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update payroll records in compliance

Customer Support

  • Employee Query resolution pertaining to SF
  • GreytHR Query resolution pertaining to policies
  • BGV for exited employees

Onboarding

  • Ensuring accurate employee data at time of onboarding.
  • Issuance of Appointment Letters - Same day with copy in file
  • Background Verification for all new joiners
  • Employee Personnel File Creation

 

Key Responsibilities

Offboarding

  • Timely completion of exit process along with settlement of final dues in GreytHR along with ensuring proper
  • Closing full & Final Settlement of dues within 10 days along with experience letter issuance
  • Employee Personnel File Closure and movement to digital File Cabinet

Compliance (Company)

  • Quarterly, half yearly & annual returns as per applicable statutes for all Entities, New Company Registrations - As per the defined schedules
  • Publish Compliance calendar - Monthly publish to Company Secretary.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
  • Liaise with Compliance consultants empaneled to ensure company compliance is 100% on all the applicable statutes

  • New site registrations, renewals, amendments under CLRA, BOCW, ISMW, Trade License, Shop acts
  • BOCW Penetration
  • Compliance Audits & Penetration

  • Monthly Payroll Tracking v/s Budget. YTD Salary Reports
  • Timely and accurate date sharing - reports received as per timelines set
  • Annual Increment Cycle - Data accuracy & system readiness - as per the deadlines defined

Experience and Qualification

Preferred Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

  • University degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management
  • High degree of integrity and adherence to SOPs
  • Should be well versed with HR Systems and have logical and analytical mindset
  • HR Reporting via Excel and HRMS tools
  • 4-6 yrs experience in HR Operations
  • Experience of independently processing payroll from HR system is mandatory (2+ years)
  • Experience of managing HR Compliances is mandatory (2+ years)
