Long Description
Recruitment & Staffing:
- Assist in developing job descriptions and specifications for various roles within the real estate industry.
- Coordinate and execute recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and ensure proper staffing based on company needs.
- Maintain and update a database of potential candidates for future vacancies.

Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment and handle grievances or disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to improve employee retention.
Performance Management:
- Support the implementation of the performance appraisal process, helping managers set goals and assess employee performance.
- Assist in developing employee training and development programs.
- Track and report on performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance workforce productivity.
Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and personal files as per legal requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure that health, safety, and welfare of employees are in compliance with local laws and company policies.

Training & Development:
- Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge specific to the real estate industry.
- Identify skill gaps and work with department heads to arrange relevant training.
HR Data Management:
- Maintain and update the HR information system (HRIS) to ensure all employee information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare and present HR reports on metrics such as turnover, retention, recruitment status, and employee satisfaction.
