Job Overview:
The Payment Support Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the sustenance and possession invoicing, payment collection, and possession scheduling processes. This role ensures seamless customer interactions related to financial transactions, reconciliations, and site visit coordination. The manager is a key point of contact for customers, resolving queries and ensuring timely follow-ups for payments, contributing to customer satisfaction and smooth project handovers.

Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing for Sustenance & Possessions:
- Prepare, verify, and send invoices to customers for sustenance (maintenance) charges and property possession.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing, providing detailed breakdowns for customer understanding.
Payment Collections:
- Proactively manage the payment collection process, ensuring timely and accurate payments from customers.
- Maintain a detailed record of payments, outstanding amounts, and generate periodic collection reports.

Query Resolution:
- Handle customer queries related to invoices, payment discrepancies, and breakdown of charges.
- Collaborate with finance and customer service teams to resolve issues promptly.
Pre-Possession Site Visit Scheduling:
- Coordinate and schedule pre-possession site visits for customers, ensuring that they are able to inspect the property and address any concerns.

Process OTP (On Time Payment) List:
- Maintain and update the OTP list, tracking customer cashbacks and their status.
Possession Scheduling:
- Manage the scheduling of property possession dates for customers, ensuring smooth transitions post-payment.
