Job Role -

• Responsible for the execution of MEP activities of the projects as per the designs and along with MEP guidance from MEP Head.
• Lead and manage the execution of all MEP activities (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems) for residential projects, ensuring alignment with architectural and engineering drawings.
• Ensure timely installation and commissioning of MEP systems in line with project schedules.
• Monitor and manage all on-site activities, ensuring that MEP works meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with design specifications.

• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth coordination between MEP services and other construction activities.
• Attend coordination meetings to resolve design or construction issues and ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with overall building design.
• Review and verify all MEP design drawings and specifications to identify any potential conflicts, ensuring they meet the required technical and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure proper installation and adherence to design standards, safety codes, and environmental regulations.

• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of MEP materials and equipment as per project requirements.
• Ensure that all MEP systems and installations adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures for MEP installations, ensuring that all work is completed as per approved drawings and within the set budget and timelines.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of all MEP systems, ensuring they are fully functional and meet design specifications before project handover.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all MEP works, including progress reports, technical submittals, RFI (Request for Information) responses, and any changes to design or installation.
• Provide regular updates to project management on MEP progress, challenges, and solutions.

• Assist in the preparation of as-built documentation and operational manuals for MEP systems.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of MEP engineers, supervisors, and technicians, ensuring that all team members are aligned with project objectives.
• Monitor team performance and address any issues that arise to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols during MEP installations, both for workers on-site and in compliance with regulatory safety standards.
• Work closely with the safety team to mitigate risks associated with MEP activities.
