Long Description

1. Responsible for Proper execution of all MEP activities at site in line with services drawings & projects specifications, along with infra works etc.

2. Responsible for all finishing activites along with mock-ups.

3. Responsible for adhering to the defined quality standards

4. Responsible for doing follow up contractor's staff for allocation of manpower and other resources for completion of daily and Short-Term planned activities.

5. Prepare WBS and plan , monitor daily construction schedule

6. Support Contractor in mobilising and allocating of resources

7. Quality checks w.r.t drawing dimensions & location s, steel reinforcements, Shuttering Quality and soundness of supports.

8. Check & Certify RA Bills & Labour Bills.

9. Material Planning and follow up for materials and advance receipt of drawings.

10. Reconciliation of material consumption and avoid wastages.

11. Use value engineering techniques to reduce the cost.
