1. Achieve assigned targets and objectives related to referral sales, contributing to the overall revenue growth and business success.

2. Guide the team in actively seeking out potential referral sources such as current clients, satisfied customers,to generate leads and referrals.

3. Cultivate strong relationships with existing and current customers to encourage them to provide referrals. This involves maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional customer service.

4. Update the customers about the products or services offered by the company, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions to encourage them to refer potential customers.

5. Clearly explain the referral program details, including any incentives or rewards offered for successful referrals, to potential referral sources to motivate them to participate.

6. Maintain accurate records of referrals received, including details of the referral source, contact information for referred prospects, and the status of follow-up activities using SFDC.
