Long Description

• To ensure no encroachment occurs at all the plots owned by the company at all locations.
• To ensure no unwarranted incident happens at any of the premises coming under the purview of surveyance.
• To ensure remedial action is taken against errant security staff where warranted.
• Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures
• Controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
• To ensure security documentation through registers (i.e. Visitors register, Material IN & Out, Incident, Vendor attendance & issue of gate passes, domestic passes) at all  projects  for legal compliances.

• To put an effective security arrangement in place at all new sites, along with proper manpower and procedures
• Liaise with local and administrative authorities for land clearance cases and ensure smooth running of the project.
• Review reports on incidents and breaches. Investigate and resolve issues.
• To ensure the Security training as per schedule to all Security Staff & track on attendance of security on site. Monthly invoices timely submission to HO.
• Ensure that the learning inputs based on ground experiences are utilized in team scaling and process modifications and look at alternative materials / methods to optimize costs.

• Mentoring & Coaching team members to drive the philosophy of OUTDO and support them to scale up.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Oversee day-to-day security operations, including physical security, access control, and surveillance.
• Manage security incidents and conduct investigations as necessary.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans to address security incidents and crises.
• Conduct regular drills and training exercises to prepare staff for emergencies.
• Lead and mentor the security team, ensuring proper training and development.
