Long Description
1. Review and recommend revisions in the various electrical drawings (i.e. concept drawings, DBR, detailed engineering drawings and good for construction drawings) shared by the consultants at the various stages of the projects and ensure designs are updated accordingly
2. Ensure that the work executed as per GFCs in line with the revisions agreed during the mock up and review the same for technical and material specifications in coordination with the Electrical consultants and the MEP consultants with minimal reworks due to design misreads.
3. Ensure accurate budgetting for HT & LT works & Verification of HT & LT contractor bills with required debits if any.
4. Prepare the electrical service activity schedule shared with the Planning team for creation of the master schedule.

5. Monitor that the work flow procedure for on-site execution is being followed and cost, quality and timelines are met
6. Monitor strict adherence to the Gera quality standards (work flow procedures and checklist) for all activities undertaken and maintain all the mandatory/ supporting documentation
7. Ensure strict adherence and compliance of all requirements, rules & regulations, safety precautions applicable to the installation of the Electrical systems and fittings on site
8. Responsible to ensure that the required materials for electrical system are available as per the requirements at the various sites and coordinate with materials and planning ensuring 0 impact on site work.
9. Responsible for Value engineering / Reduction in MEP cost. Conduct regular VE, RA and new technologies, products to explore alternative techniques

10. Ensure timely execution of HT & LT related work at all sites. Assess Contractor / Vendor rating for HT & LT related works
11. Keeping track of the site activities & arranging visits of concerned officers for early closure of reports
12. Proper coordination with all the stakeholders in order to ensure timely excution of planned electrical milestones and remove bottlenecks faced if any.
13. Should be able to grab the new learning opportunities created by the HOD and take on additional tasks
14. Driving Team and creating an environment which is conducive to high performance. Mentoring & Coaching team members to drive the philosophy of OUTDO and support them to scale up.
