Responsibilities:

  • Planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Responsible for closing the positions within the defined TAT ensuring quality of the talent.
  • Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies including talent pool creation.
  • Effective sourcing through varied channels including social platforms, campus, talent portals for Leadership and mid-level hiring.
  • Plan & drive cost effective mechanism for sourcing candidate.
  • Responsible for employer branding initiatives.

  • End to end management of Campus and summer internship programs
  • Lead efforts for diversity hiring & leadership hiring.
  • Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops.
  • Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience.
  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
  • Strategize and streamline acquisition process for onboarding desired talent.

  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department along with hiring budgets.
  • Analyzing current trends in acquisition and implementation of best hiring practices
  • Should have worked on SAP SuccessFactors recruitment module for recruitment process.
  • Responsible for hiring metrics and process effectiveness.
